Terms of Use: Blockshooter: Shoot & Match

Version 3, effective from 21 October 2026

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of the app Blockshooter: Shoot & Match (the "App"), provided by Xinger Solutions GmbH, Seefeldgasse 5, 3462 Absdorf, Austria ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms. The terms of the app store from which you downloaded the App also apply. The App is intended for users aged 13 and over.

Content

We create the content of the App with care, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for content is limited to intent and gross negligence.

In-App Purchases

Some features can be unlocked through in-app purchases. Prices are shown in the app store before you buy. Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and their terms apply to payment and refunds.

In-app purchases are digital content. By confirming a purchase, you request that we begin providing the content immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires once provision begins (Section 18(1)(11) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, FAGG). You can request a refund from the store operator under its policies. Purchases are tied to your store account and can be restored on other devices using the same account.

Advertising

The App is free and may display advertising. The ads come from third parties, and we are not responsible for their content. How data is processed for advertising is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Updates

We continuously develop the App and may change, extend or discontinue features. We aim to run it reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device and operating system version.

Your progress, coins and settings are stored only locally on your device. We cannot restore them if you change devices or uninstall the App; purchased content can be unlocked again with "Restore Purchases".

The App links to external sites such as app stores. We have no influence over their content and accept no responsibility for it. If we become aware of unlawful content on a linked site, we will remove the link.

Liability

The App is provided free of charge. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. For slight negligence, we are liable only to the extent mandatory law, in particular the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), requires. Results displayed in the App, such as scores, statistics or trophies, are provided without guarantee.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including its design, texts, graphics, levels and code, remain with us or our licensors.

The texts, graphics and logos of the App and the associated website are protected by copyright. Any use beyond private purposes requires our prior consent. Links to the website are welcome.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction is determined by the mandatory statutory provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these terms, for example when we add features or the legal situation changes. Each change is published as a new version with the date from which it applies. Earlier versions remain available in the version history.
